| Mother's Beach Google Map | From the 405 or 605 freeways, take 22W/7th St. toward Long Beach. Exit at Studebaker Rd and turn left onto Studebaker Rd. Go south on Studebaker Road for 1.2 miles then turn right onto 2nd Street. After 0.8 miles take the exit on the right toward Marine Stadium Marina Park/Appian Way. Turn left at the end of the ramp onto Appian Way. Parking lot will be on your right. Parking is $1.00 per hour in the lot. Limited free street parking is available. |
| Beachfront start area Google Map | Take any of a number of routes to get to Ocean Blvd. and Redondo Ave. in Long Beach. From there, head east (the ocean is to the south in the LBC), a little over a mile to the parking lot at the end of La Verne Ave. Look for tables set up to the east of the parking lot. Note that coming from the south the 7th St. offramp is newly reopened and your best entrance to the area. |
