LAOC REG INSTRUCTIONS

Event Registration - Updated 5/01/07

You may pre-register on-line, or register at the event

Pre-registering does not obligate you so please pre-register!Advantage: It puts your info on the event computer and so saves time at the event for yourself and for the club volunteers. Most events also offer EXPRESS lines for pre-registered people.

All Entries must fill in Safety information and Sign the Waiver at the event.

Before registering
- read event info to see which courses are offered
- Learn about Electronic Timing and eSticks
- If you are registering for a more than one person, read about teams/groups
Large groups, let MD know you are coming

ORGANIZED YOUTH GROUPS (Scouts, JROTC, Schools etc)
Fill in an entry form for each team and staple them together. The team-adult and all participants 18 and over should sign the waiver for themselves. One LAOC waiver for the youths may be signed by the adult in charge, IF the parents understand and have read the LAOC waiver (pdf)

Only one event is available for pre-reg at a time. Each events pre-reg opens about 10 or 12 days before the event.

Remember, you can always enter on the day at the event, read on:

On-The-Day Registration. Come to event, pick up a form and register on the spot. You can speed things up if you download an Entry Form (pdf) now, fill in at home and bring it with you.
