Late June and July have many A-meets in the Pacfic North West and B.C., including the Orienteering-USA convention And of course - Laramie days at end of August - many LAOC members have enjoyed those events before, so ask about them. BAOC putting on a 2-day B-meet (NOT AN A-MEET) at Tahoe in early September! Their A-meet is in October up at Boggs Mtn - check all these out on Sconet's expanded calendar

REMINDERS:--
Avoid long lines:
Pre-Register! Stagger your Starts! Individual starts are every 2 minutes from
10am to noon, so don't all come early, or late. Allow 30 minutes to prepare,
register, and walk to the start, and another 30 minutes if you would like
instruction. And allow time afterwards to discuss your performance.
